The intent of this refund policy is to clarify policies about how Goins Enterprises, LLC handles refund requests from customers.
For training materials purchased directly from Goins Enterprises, LLC:
Goins Enterprises, LLC stands behind its training programs, and offers a full refund if you don’t believe the program was right for you, provided the refund request is made within 30 days of the purchase date.

Please include the following information with your request:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Name of product or training purchased
- Date of purchase
- Order number
The easiest way to do this is to email a copy of your receipt.
Once the purchase is verified, a refund will be issued to the credit card on file. US refunds usually clear in 3-5 business days, pending reconciliation between banks. International refunds (outside of the US) typically take 7-14 business days to clear. In order to prevent fraud, Goins Enterprises, LLC will not under any circumstances process refunds via cash, check, or wire transfer.
Please note that all refunds will be processed in US Dollar (USD) currency, up to the limit of the original charge. Under no circumstances shall Goins Enterprises, LLC be responsible for variations in the exchange rate between the US Dollar and other currencies.
For services and subscriptions provided by Goins Enterprises, LLC:
Refund requests for Subscriptions or Services are considered by Goins Enterprises, LLC on a case-by-case or pro-rated basis, and granted in the sole discretion of Goins Enterprises, LLC. In all cases, documented use of the Subscription or Service in question is grounds to decline a refund request.
For books and other items purchased via third-party retailers like Amazon.com, Barnes & Noble, et cetera:
If you would like to return a book or item purchased via a local or internet retailer, please contact the retailer directly.
Goins Enterprises, LLC is not responsible for processing refunds for purchases made via third-party retailers.
